Is there a way that I can view and track the amount of time a user has spent authoring/editing a guide? I see some information in the dashboard that shows numbers of new guides by time and category, etc. but don’t see anything about editing time.

A strategy you could take is to reference each guide’s date created as the start time and reference each approved release as the time it takes for content to be initially created. From there it would be approved release to approved release. This should give you a good idea of the average time it takes to create a guide from scratch and improve it.
