Hi @aharvey3, Thank you for your question. If the user already is assigned the Admin role on your site, all they need to do is access the Management Console by expanding the drop-down menu found underneath the user profile image in the upper right portion of the screen. If you are still experiencing issues, please reach out to support@dozuki.com.
Hi @stevec, thank you for your question. Yes, with the numeric input data capture component a range can be set to restrict user input to only the specified range of values. You will need to provide the minimum and maximum values for the range and select Limit Minimum/Limit Maximum when editing that numeric input field. In addition, you will likely want to have the check box for Required enabled so that the user is required to provide input for the numeric input field before proceeding to the next step. For more information on our data capture components and operator view, you can visit our Operator View category.
Hi @ahmedhabib, thank you for your question about organizing guides. Because the guides were originally created in a different category, you will need to change the location where each guide is organized and create a new release of each guide for the change in location to take effect. Each release of a guide is organized in a specific category and this can only be changed by creating a new release. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist you!
Hi @charlie, thank you for reaching out with your question. The error you are receiving is caused when there are not enough enabled approvers to approve pending requests using that specific approval process. This can happen when an employee who is part of the approval process has their user account disabled. An admin will be required to review the approval process and edit the stages to make the approval process satisfiable again. If the approval process is built using individual user stages, the disabled user will need to be replaced with a new user. Any pending requests that are currently awaiting approval via this approval process will be cancelled and will need to be resubmitted for approval using the updated version of the approval process. If the approval process is built using team stages, it is likely that there are not enough enabled users on one of the teams to approve that team stage. In this case, a site admin can either add a new team member to the team associated with the approval process, or...
Hi Hesham, Thank you for reaching out with your question. You can cancel a pending release and remove that release from the approval process by following this help guide. This will ensure that the pending release does not get approved and will be unavailable for use by standard users. Alternatively, if you have already published a new release of a guide and you want to hide that active release from standard users, I would recommend that you edit the guide, add a flag to the introduction of the guide, and publish a new release. There are two flags that would be most appropriate for you use case, the “Archived Guide” or “In-Progress” flag. The Archived Guide flag should be applied to guides that are being kept for historical purposes and no longer being used by your users. The In-Progress flag is a great way to hide the guide (makes the guide Private) while it undergoes further editing and can be removed prior to publishing the new updated release of the guide. Please let us know if you have any other...

Hi James and Scott, Thank you for reaching out with your question. Within Dozuki you can create prerequisite guides for each step (or a group of connected steps) and then duplicate them so you can easily make modifications to the content. Once you have created your prerequisite guides, you will want to organize the guides in a “container guide” to create the final form of your work instruction or standard operating procedure. This modular approach to content creation is a great way to present a single standard across multiple guides, and any changes made to the prerequisite guides will automatically be updated in the container guides using the prerequisites. Here is an example of how two similar procedures would be broken down using prerequisites that document the shared and process-specific portions of the procedures. (1) Process A version of Guide (1.1) Shared Prerequisite 1 (1.2) Process A Specific Prerequisite 1 (1.3) Shared Prerequisite 2 (1.4) Process A Specific Prerequisite 2 (1.5) Shared...
Hi Simon, Thank you for your question about manual guide translation. With version control enabled, translation of content is accomplished using Machine Translation instead of manually translating the guide. This ensures that the version controlled content does not undergo any changes when translated into another language. Dozuki also provides a translation glossary to better define the correct translation for a word or phrase. If you would like to discuss this topic in further detail, I encourage to reach out to Dozuki Support at support@dozuki.com.

To rotate images, you will need to do this prior to uploading the image to Dozuki. It is common to use PowerPoint or your computer’s native image preview software to make this edit.
