Is there a way to include a test or a quizz at the end of a course?

I’m looking for a way to make sure my employees have absorbed the work instructions by the time they finished a course. I was thinking of a few questions at the end to confirm some critical aspects are well understood.

@psamuel Yes, you can add a guide with data capture at the end of the Course to act as a quiz.
