How do I add text to an arrow marker in a step image?

I am using arrows as markers to identify parts in a guide step image. I would like to add part identification text/labels for the arrows (i.e. spring bars). How do I incorporate text/labels with the arrows placed in the image? Thank You!

@featherfam We currently don’t support text markup on pictures and instead recommend corresponding colored bullets to match the text to the the colored marker. We’ve found that keeping the text separate ensures that the pictures remain clear and concise without text blocking crucial components.
