Hi Tim,
Thanks for your question!
We recently released a feature we call the Manufacturing Intelligence Module (MIM). This functionality provides manufacturers with the ability to capture data about specific processes and users, all within their electronic work instructions. For example, a technician is able to enter a unique identifier (work order number, serial number, job number, etc.) at the beginning of the work instruction and Dozuki will track how long it takes the technician to complete the process.
In addition to collecting timing data within the paperless work instructions, manufacturers can also collect key data about their processes. Through our easy to use interface, Authors can create custom data fields on each step of an electronic work instruction. We've seen some of our manufacturing customers collecting data about the parts used in an assembly, like a part serial number. We've also seen customers collecting data related to the quality of the product they are producing, such as gap tolerances and number of rejects. Any data that is collected during a process is tied to the user ID and the process ID, providing complete traceability into your manufacturing operations.
Data that is collected within Dozuki is available as a CSV file output, or through our API. Customers are currently using our API to hookup to their own business intelligence tools. We even have a few customers viewing real-time timing data about each one of their workstations (as seen in the image below).

We'd be happy to setup a call to discuss your requirements and walk through a demo. Please feel free to contact us at Sales@Dozuki.com.
Thanks!
