The DOZUKI iPad APP seems perfect for Authoring IF it were architected to actually encourage Authoring by creating a wizard like AUthor Mode where you could easily Snap Pictures with the iPad and use the APP to have them immediately included in your guide then a full screen step authoring mode to complement.

A guide authoring portion of the Dozuki app would be a fantastic feature, but there's a few large projects that we need to complete first before that can be considered. Right now, Dozuki's API is read-only, meaning that you can't push any data back into our framework from an external system like the iPad App. This is something that we aim to change, but we need to do much more significant development on the 'read' portion of the API first. (For example, you'll notice that there are currently no API endpoints for anything involving Answers - this is something that's very lacking.)
Once we develop an authenticated write-API, we'll be able to consider all the possibilities of what we can do. This write-API will also allow our customers to develop their own tools as well, such as an external page on your own website that sends out invites to create accounts, or join specific Teams on your Dozuki site.
We're always committed to getting you the data you need from your Dozuki site. We're happy to develop new read, and eventually write-API endpoints as required, in order for you to develop your own tools that run off of Dozuki.
