Hi @nvandehey_at this is great thing to reach out to support for this. It is possible the site settings are such that you do not have courses enabled or that they have been disabled by a site admin and support@dozuki.com should be able to help you with this.
Hi @zchambers it is possible that the guides are set to Public and are not Private. This can be changed in by following the steps in How to Make Guides Private to a User or a Team. If you have followed these steps and are still having problems limiting the visibility of the guides to those teams, please reach out to Support@dozuki.com and we can assist further.
The training completion status report is generated off the course completion status for each usr, and will adjust as course recurrence lapses. If you would like to invalidate the completion status, you can see this guide - How to Change Invalidation Settings for a Course Stage. Another option if you just need to adjust the occurrence would be to Change the Recurrence Settings for a Course Stage. Doing either of these will affect the Reporting for Training Completion Status appropriately.
Hi @jlucero563 , we having a difficult time locating the information section you are referring to, the reporting functionality will be under the management console for the designated admin user types. I would recommend contacting your site admin, or if you are a site admin reaching out to our support team to determine if there is a different root cause in your specific case, you can email support at: support@dozuki.com .
Hi @nancytreads_xpo, Currently, headers have a default color across the site. If you are looking to make all headers across the whole site a different color custom CSS could be developed and applied to modify the text color of a header class, but there is not currently an option to select a different color for a single header on Wiki pages. You can learn more about how to Customize and apply Custom CSS as well as see many frequently applied sets of code already developed for you to use. Alternatively, we do support using hex color codes to color characters and cells within tables. You can learn more about formatting the color in the Formatting Colors Section of the Tables Help page.
Hi @ctil, currently the forms in the data collection window are formatted so that they display as legible as possible without interfering with the step instruction. Custom CSS could be applied to adjust the font size, just be sure to test it out with the variety of form fields to ensure it does not disrupt your end users’ view.
Michael, I apologize for the delayed response here. This was a known issue with the app, but should have been resolved since your post. Please reach out to support@dozuki.com if you have further issues if they do not get answered in a post so we can make sure you get your questions answered. That email is the most efficient way to get specific issues addressed - but sharing here does not hurt either. Thank you for pointing it out.
