Hello @jtgood! Thank you for your question! It sounds like you are referring to data capture fields. If that’s the case, the Approvals View does not show data capture. However, if you click on the View Change Details button, you can see the data capture fields. The View Change Details button is located at the top of the page. Hopefully this helps! Hello @margaretgrattan! Thank you for your question. Unpublished guides are automatically categorized as private. When edits are made to a published guide, the guide must be released as a new version. If your Dozuki site uses version control, making a guide public creates a new draft. You likely need to publish a new release (version) of the guide to make the guide public and viewable for standard users. To create a new release, use How to Publish a New Release of a Guide. Hello @joshua! Thank you for your question! You can find a complete list of tools and parts on your Dozuki site by selecting your name in the top-right of the page and navigating to the Manage interface. Once there, select Timeline –> Wikis –> Item. Once an item is created, it’s added to your tools and parts library. Type the name of the item in the Tools or Parts section in How to Add Parts and Tools step 3. The item appears in the drop-down menu. You can learn more about Dozuki Item Pages here. Hi @lborden! Thank you for your question! If a guide is rejected for any reason, the release will be closed, but the prior published version will still be viewable for end users. If a guide is rejected in error or otherwise, the changes will need to be resubmitted for approval and the creation of a new release version. Hello @lborden! Thank you for your question! Standard users have access to the most recent approved version of the guide. Only users with Admin and Author permissions will see revisions that are pending approval. For further clarification, you can read about the user types here.
