In Operator View, click on the Request Signoff button.

This sends an email to the team members that are included on the step. They can Reject or Approve the request.

If you are a team member who received an email request, open the email and click on the View Request button.

This will navigate to the Dozuki site associated with the guide.

Sign in with your email and password.

The form shows who sent the request, the date requested, the guide name, the work order number, and the current step that requires a Signoff.

Until you verify your password, the Reject and Approve buttons will be greyed out.

Enter your password.

Click on the Reject or Approve button.

If a step signoff is rejected, a message box states that it has been rejected.

If the signoff is rejected, you will have to request approval again after making the necessary changes.

If a step signoff is accepted, a message box states that it has been accepted.

An email will be sent to the user who requested the approval, informing them of the status of the signoff.

After the request has been approved, click on the Continue Work Order button to continue working.
