When viewing a submitted ticket, users that are signed in as part of an organization can view all requests submitted by other members of that organization.

Hover over the user drop-down and click Requests to display a list of all requests submitted to the support team.

Click on an open request and use the text field to Add to the conversation.

This information all appears to the Support team in the form of an email.

Detailed information about ticket status, including priority, can be found in the field on the right side of the ticket page.
